‘Field of Vision : Extremes’ is the second in this
series of combined internet / physical world events.
This time the organizing artists invited submissions visualizing
the ‘extremes’ of our world as they see it. The call
asked for images showing the ‘extreme’ in contrast
to its opposite: Good–bad, rich–poor, free–oppressed,
modern–old fashioned, blue–orange, left–right,
hot–cold, organized–chaotic, advanced–primitive,
peaceful–violent, dark–light…or any other contrast.
All images were printed out postcard size and a selection of 500
images were assembled on location at the Institute for New Media
in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
